How long does hair grow typically. I got a buzz cut recently, a longer one but still a buzz cut. I want a mohawk for my bands show on november 24th, its a huge battle of the bands where we can win a lot of money and my band wants me to have a mohawk for it (theyre all girls and they think itll be sexy and its something drastic that id personally like to do to spice things up). id say my hair is about a half an inch long now, how long will it be by the say of the show?

you can do it.. the mohawk strip will be pretty short so you'll have to shave the sides and back bald.. like with a razor.. otherwise it'll just look like you have a buzz

by then your hair will be about an inch long, maybe al ittle more, no more than 2 inches though you could leave the inch long top, attempt a fauxhawk, or shave the sides and leve the top and inch ,and then try and gel it a little

on average our hair grow about a 1/2 inch per month.
