I got my hair stylist to perm it but i look like a child. Its cute but not sexy. I want to look like her above. HELP!!!

My guess is that your perm is too tight -- cork screw curls? Wait a few days/weeks and it will relax some. To achieve that look, she put a leave-in conditioner and either a gel or mousse and "scrunched" it.

First, i suggest you buy a blowdryer with a diffuser head. It gives you lots of volume and really nice curls. After your shower, put some gel in your hair and scrunch your hair while using the diffuser! : )
