Hair colour advice?

i have always had pretty dark hair except once i had highlights. I have been thinking about changing the colour lately. I want to be seen as not just plain but sexy. I keep thinking about blonde but how would i go about it? and do you think it will look ok on someone who has dark hair naturally? I have light skin and blue eyes if this helps.

I cannot say if it will suit you, it suits me (naturally dark) but one thing I will say is dont do it yourself, it will be a disaster.

Also if you do go to your hairdresser be aware that it is permanent, roots will appear within days and look awful so be prepared for the cost of constant retouch. If you still want blonde then go for it.

Be aware that if you hate it - tough - its there for good or until you shave it off and start again!

Why not try multiple hightlights like my daughter did (she is very dark) Looks great, she has reds browns and blondes and the growth is not so noticeable as with whole head, you can get away with three times a year colouring then, not monthly.

i think you shouldnt be in hurry to make your hair lighter like blonde.. take it one step at a time.. i think red hair like the one lindsay lohan had in mean girls looks good especially in people who has light skin.. :%26gt;

Sexy isn't a hair colour - it is an attitude.

I would say go for it though. I have dark hair with red highlights. Also dark with an auburn through it is nice.

But if it is blonde you want go for it - you won't know till you try.
