How do I create that sexy, wavy, hair look?

My hair is almost to the end of my back and I'm sick of seeing it pin straight. I would love to get that wavy look, but not sure which kind of iron I should use or how to create the look. Any suggestions?

Do you have coarse or fine hair? If you have coarse hair the best thing that works is to first start out with professional product (Redkin, Sexy Hair...), then use a good curling iron ("Hot Tools" is the best). Wash your hair, then scrunch it with this fabulous product called "Curly Sexy Hair", by "Sexy Hair" (this is for scrunching your hair when wet) (if you hair is fine put a root lifter in first, "Guts" by "Redkin"), blow dry your hair with a diffuser upside down (when doing this make sure your scrunching with your hands, creating curls), then when dry, spray your hair with a thermal spray "Redkin Hot Sets" (let that dry before curling), then take random peaces of hair and curl them in a spiral pattern (when doing this, curl from base to ends...not ends to base. This causes the curl to last much longer), when you feel like your hair looks just right let the curls cool before messing with them. When your hair has cooled turn upside down and and slide your fingers along your scalp (don't pull you fingers out through the ends of your hair) then flip your head back up and peace through your hair with a hair shiner or something (note: if you have fine hair don't use an oily product on your hair, it will only weigh it down).

When you wake up the next day you don't have to wash your hair, just take your curling iron and pick up random peaces of hair and curl them. Hope it works for you!

You can use the crimper iron or something like that.. I forgot. Or you can easily wash your hair then all through you hair rub in some mousse. Put it in a ponytail or wear a headband or style as you want then let it dry. You can go places while it's still wet cause it still looks good. That what i do but mostly wear it in a ponytail.

Curling iron to get curls like Jessica Simpsons hair. Or you could combine 1/1/2 tablespoon of salt and a cup of water in a spray bottle and spritz on hair. You may have to scrunch it too get waves. You can also braid your hair when its wet and sleep like that and in the morning take the braids out to get waves. Oh and try getting graduated layers in your hair to help boost natural curl.
