If you're in grammar or high school, you should not be doing anything "sexy". You should have your hair much like the hair of that girl in the photo. That's fine.

Try crimping it. Let your hair dry until damp and rub some gel in and scrunch it up. Play around with clips and head bands until you find something that goes with you. It would look AMAZING!!

I think that you should wear your hair with some twist in the front. and let them be loose kind of like the wet kind of hair like curls in the back. Try putting on some kind of light or medium dark make up that will bring out your skin tone and your eye color. Try also wearing a dark color that looks good with your hair color. Also wear some shiny lip-gloss. You will look very sexy.
