So tonight, I was with my girlfriend and her female friend..

Her friend asked which celebrities she fancied.. and she came out with this whole list of Emo rockers like Gerard Way and the guy from 30 Seconds To Mars etc..

All these Emo singers with black hair and painted nails

and, ouch, it hurt.. none of these guys look like me

And I came out with this list of all thin,sexy brunettes like Kate Beckinsale and Kelly Brook.. exactly what my girlfriend is like.. curvy, brunette and gorgeous brown eyes..

and then my girlfriend came out with.. " I dont know how i ended up with you "

do i have a right to be jealous, or is it just immature?

Jealousy is normal. Her comment sounds like shes kinda b*tchy though! Those guys she named are all weirdos so it sounds like more of how can she like these fugly dudes and like you so it makes you think are u on that low of a level?? lol but id say dont worry about it, theyre famous :-) just hope shes not into every emo dirtbag with painted nails.

Look. She likes these stars. But she never said why she liked them. You're assuming that she likes them for their appearances. Maybe she likes the way they sing.

You, on the other hand, came out with this list because you find these girls attractive. They're some girls who everyone knows look good.

Next time you see her tell her you think she's gorgeous. Then talk about what you love about her. She'll blush, smile, and feel so good about herself!!!!! And you should too.
