At what AGE do women start to think GRAY HAIR on men looks sexy?

I am prematurely gray and am really torn on what to do about it. I am 36 and still interested in women under 30, yet am concerned that they may view my salt and pepper as a sign of a lack of youthful verility.

I have colored my hair in the past, but am always paranoid that it looks "fake". There is nothing wrong with my salt and pepper, but I am concerned about just looking old.

When I have it dyed dark, women usually guess me to be 28 to 32 years old. When I let it go natural, women guess me to be 40 to (gulp) 48. They "say" the gray is sexy, and yet, I seem to have more women interested when it is dark.

What to do, what to do?

Actually, I do like the salt and pepper look. Even a little grey in your early 30s looks good. It's the wrinkles that can make you look old. Of course guys still look dignified with wrinkles. Women don't have any luck in either of these areas ):
