Short hair can certainly be sexy if you can pull it off, i have genuinely short hair and get a lot of attention for it. personally i don't see that cut as being particularly, but that's just because it's a lot longer then mine.

that hair cut is cute, and has apparently been established as being "sexy", but it's also been very much done, whenever I see it on someone I don't really see how they look, I just see yet another women following the trend. So personally i would go for something more interesting and original.
